一问:询问客户机型、品名、损坏原因、故障现象。主要内容有：何时损坏，是否浸水，是否受过撞击，是否电压过高，是否有人改动，是否操作不当，是否遭受雷击，是否有冒烟现象，是否有异常响声等。对于雷击、浸水、冒烟、烧保险等故障机型,切不可贸然通电试机,否则将造成机器再次受创、故障扩大。
